Longtime GlobalEdge User Adds Global One Fleet (GPS)
Davisware is excited to announce
that Anderson Lock, a longtime GlobalEdge user, has recently signed a
subscription to use our Global One Fleet (GPS) solution. During Anderson
Lock’s 15+ years as a Davisware customer, the door company has received continued
training on new GlobalEdge features and integrated products. Since Anderson
Lock currently doesn’t have a field service tool, Cheryl Hansen, Davisware Product Representative, was able to
sell Global One Fleet to the Illinois-based company. Davisware and Anderson Lock are currently
shooting for an installation sometime in early- to mid-January.

Southland Battery Joins Davisware's S2K and Remote Field Service User Group
Davisware is excited to announce
that Southland Battery Associates, LLC, has joined our Software User
Group as a new S2K and Remote Field Service customer! Davisware and its
products are no strangers to Southland Battery employees, as some of them used
S2000 at their previous employers. When it came time for Southland Battery to
choose a new software and field solution, Davisware was top-of-mind. As a
result, Carl and Melissa Hornsby closed the deal with this Texas-based company.
Southland Battery is looking
forward to improving its efficiency with Davisware’s fully-integrated solution, and is excited that S2K will help streamline its business and support
a paperless office. Davisware and Southland Battery are currently shooting for
an installation sometime within the next few months.

Airmakers Heating & A/C Becomes a Remote Field Service User
Davisware is excited to announce that Airmakers Heating & A/C, Inc., an S2K user
since 1997, has recently signed a subscription to use our Remote Field Service
business tool. During her North Carolina sales trip, Melissa Hornsby, Davisware Product Specialist, visited Raleigh-based
Airmakers Heating & A/C and met with Joel Key and Mark Etter, Airmakers Heating
& A/C Service Manager and Controller, respectively. Since this S2K customer
doesn’t have a field service product, it didn’t take Melissa very long to sell RFS
to Airmakers Heating & A/C. Davisware and
Airmakers Heating & A/C are currently shooting for an installation sometime
within the next couple of months.

S2K User Adds Global Field Solution
Davisware is happy to announce that Crooks Plumbing & Heating, an S2K user since 1993,
has recently signed a subscription to use our Global Field Solution product. Currently,
Michigan-based Crooks Plumbing & Heating doesn’t have a field service tool,
so it’s no wonder that Melissa Hornsby, Davisware Product Specialist, was able to sell this business solution to
Archie Crooks, Crooks Plumbing & Heating third generation owner. Davisware
and Crooks Plumbing & Heating are
currently shooting for an installation sometime within the next couple of
months.
Transport Lyon, Inc., Adds Global One Fleet (GPS)
Davisware is excited to announce that Transport Lyon, Inc., an existing GlobalEdge customer,
has recently signed a subscription to use our Global One Fleet (GPS) solution. Currently,
Canada-based Transport Lyon does not have a field service product, and is
needing an innovative tool for its vehicle tracking. After speaking with one of our Product Representatives Transport Lyon eagerly decided to
purchase our GPS solution. Davisware and Transport Lyon are shooting for
an installation sometime in the next month.

Schulz Heating & Cooling, Ltd., is Davisware's Newest S2K and Remote Field Service Customer
Davisware is excited to announce that Schulz Heating & Cooling, Ltd., has joined the
Davisware Software User Group as a new S2K and Remote Field Service customer!
Schulz Heating & Cooling is part of the Wisconsin Lennox Group. This past
fall, Davisware's Carl and Melissa Hornsby met Schulz Heating & Cooling at the Lennox
Vision 2014 Fall Dealer Convention in the Wisconsin Dells. Currently, this HVAC
company is using QuickBooks for its office, but Carl and Melissa demonstrated
that Davisware’s solutions will improve Schulz Heating & Cooling’s
efficiency and integration. That’s all it took for the Wisconsin company to choose
Davisware as its new Technology Partner for Success. Schulz Heating &
Cooling is excited that the S2K software will help the company streamline its
office processes and allow technicians to go paperless in the field. Davisware
and Schulz Heating & Cooling are currently shooting for an installation
sometime around February 1, 2015.

Davisware is Dykstra Home Services' Technology Partner for Success
Davisware is excited to announce that Dykstra Home Services
has joined the Davisware Software User Group as a new GlobalEdge and Global
Field Solution customer! For several years, Chicagoland-based Dykstra Home Services was a part of Nicor Home Services (now Nicor Home Solutions). Recently, Nicor decided to spin-off this portion of the
business, which opened an opportunity for Dykstra Home
Services to select Davisware as its Technology Partner for Success. Dykstra Home Services is currently
using SAP for its office, but is excited to transition to Davisware's Global Edge, Global Field Solutions, and, eventually,
E2. These products will provide the company with the means of automating its service business, moving
to a user-friendly software, and improving efficiency and integration.
Davisware and Dykstra Home Services are currently working to fast-track the
transition, and implementation is already underway.
