Airmakers Heating & A/C Becomes a Remote Field Service User

Davisware is excited to announce that Airmakers Heating & A/C, Inc., an S2K user since 1997, has recently signed a subscription to use our Remote Field Service business tool. During her North Carolina sales trip, Melissa Hornsby, Davisware Product Specialist, visited Raleigh-based Airmakers Heating & A/C and met with Joel Key and Mark Etter, Airmakers Heating & A/C Service Manager and Controller, respectively. Since this S2K customer doesn’t have a field service product, it didn’t take Melissa very long to sell RFS to Airmakers Heating & A/C. Davisware and Airmakers Heating & A/C are currently shooting for an installation sometime within the next couple of months.
