Davisware Welcomes Reedy Equipment Service, Inc.!
It is with
pleasure that we announce the addition of Reedy Equipment Service, Inc. as the
latest member of the Davisware Software User Group, utilizing GlobalEdge for
their back-end business system, along with Global Field Solutions for
technician field productivity, Global One Fleet GPS Truck Tracking and E2 for
their customer service portal and E-Commerce piece. After meeting
at the 2011 Fall CFESA Conference, Reedy began a comprehensive software
selection process that resulted in Davisware being chosen to be the management
and operations tool for all of the divisions of Reedy Equipment Service (Great
Lakes Service, South Town Food Service, Ice Town, Beverage Town and Ace Service
Company of Massachusetts). The Reedy Equipment Service Group provides a
one-stop shop for all commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, dish
and ice machines services throughout the Chicagoland, Central Illinois and New
England areas. With this GlobalEdge, as well as their commitment to
excellence, they are hoping to make huge advancements in their technology
profile, including field service and GPS.
