Crystal Heating joins GlobalEdge!!!

It is with pleasure that we announce the addition of Crystal Heating and Cooling as the latest member to upgrade to the GlobalEdge software!  They have joined us as a new GlobalEdge user as a result of working with Carl Hornsby.  He closed the deal with Crystal Heating as a result of them meeting with Nancy Ross at the office along with Derek Katz.  Crystal Heating and Cooling is a member of the ACCA organization and are located in Crystal City, which is in the greater St. Louis area.    Crystal Heating and Cooling is excited that GlobalEdge will provide them with the means of going paperless in the office by adding our remote field service integrated into GlobalEdge, which was the main motivation for the conversion.  They are currently using DBS2000 for their office and are looking to improve efficiency and integration by moving to Davisware.  We are currently shooting for an installation somewhere yet this year with a GO Live in early spring. We are happy to have Crystal Heating join our GlobalEdge team!
