Davisware is Dykstra Home Services' Technology Partner for Success

Davisware is excited to announce that Dykstra Home Services has joined the Davisware Software User Group as a new GlobalEdge and Global Field Solution customer! For several years, Chicagoland-based Dykstra Home Services was a part of Nicor Home Services (now Nicor Home Solutions). Recently, Nicor decided to spin-off this portion of the business, which opened an opportunity for Dykstra Home Services to select Davisware as its Technology Partner for Success. Dykstra Home Services is currently using SAP for its office, but is excited  to transition to Davisware's Global Edge, Global Field Solutions, and, eventually, E2. These products will provide the company with the means of automating its service business, moving to a user-friendly software, and improving efficiency and integration. Davisware and Dykstra Home Services are currently working to fast-track the transition, and implementation is already underway.   

AIS Commercial Parts & Service Adds E2 Standard Software

Davisware is happy to announce that AIS Commercial Parts & Service, an existing GlobalEdge and GPS customer, has recently added our E2 Standard software to its business tools. Pennsylvania-based AIS, a previous Davisware EMWeb customer, is excited to have full function of its E2 site. Davisware and AIS are shooting for a Go Live date sometime within the next couple weeks.

EMR, Inc. Adds Remote Field Service

Davisware is excited to announce that after many months of product testing, EMR Inc. has added our Remote Field Service software to its toolbox. This Baltimore-based company is an existing Davisware GlobalEdge, GPS and E2 customer. EMR is looking forward to utilizing a fully-integrated solution to manage its business. Davisware and EMR are shooting for an installation sometime within the next couple weeks.

Commercial Appliance Parts & Service, Inc. Transitions to E2

Davisware is pleased to announce that Commercial Appliance Parts & Service, Inc. has recently added our E2 product to its business tools.  As a former EMWEB subscriber, Commercial Appliance Parts & Service wanted to improve its customers’ experience and offer additional features that weren’t available on EMWEB. The Tampa-based company is excited to immediately begin working on this transition. Davisware and Commercial Appliance Parts & Service are targeting a fall 2014 launch. 

Interstate Food Equipment Service adds E2!

Davisware is proud to announce that Interstate Food Equipment Service (IFES) has added E2 Standard Service to their tools for efficiency in the office and field.  A previous EMWeb user, they are excited to get started with the updated website and plan to Go Live on product before the end of the year.  Everyone here at Davisware is glad to welcome them to the E2 User group!

Daubers Joins E2!
