S2K User Adds Global Field Solution

Davisware is happy to announce that Crooks Plumbing & Heating, an S2K user since 1993, has recently signed a subscription to use our Global Field Solution product. Currently, Michigan-based Crooks Plumbing & Heating doesn’t have a field service tool, so it’s no wonder that Melissa Hornsby, Davisware Product Specialist, was able to sell this business solution to Archie Crooks, Crooks Plumbing & Heating third generation owner. Davisware and Crooks Plumbing & Heating are currently shooting for an installation sometime within the next couple of months. 

Davisware is Dykstra Home Services' Technology Partner for Success

Davisware is excited to announce that Dykstra Home Services has joined the Davisware Software User Group as a new GlobalEdge and Global Field Solution customer! For several years, Chicagoland-based Dykstra Home Services was a part of Nicor Home Services (now Nicor Home Solutions). Recently, Nicor decided to spin-off this portion of the business, which opened an opportunity for Dykstra Home Services to select Davisware as its Technology Partner for Success. Dykstra Home Services is currently using SAP for its office, but is excited  to transition to Davisware's Global Edge, Global Field Solutions, and, eventually, E2. These products will provide the company with the means of automating its service business, moving to a user-friendly software, and improving efficiency and integration. Davisware and Dykstra Home Services are currently working to fast-track the transition, and implementation is already underway.   

After 3 Years, HMC Service Company Adds Global Field Solution

Davisware is excited to announce that HMC Service Company, an S2K user since 1997, has recently added our Global Field Solution business tools. In October of 2011, HMC Service's office manager contacted Davisware to inquire about our mobile field solutions. After three years of visits, calls, and emails, the HVAC company decided to move forward with our Global One Fleet and Remote Field Service solutions. Currently, Kentucky-based HMC Service is using Fleetmatics to manage its trucks, but the company doesn’t have a field service product. Davisware and HMC Service are shooting for an installation sometime within the next couple of months.

Fire & Ice Mechanical, Inc. Decides to Go Paperless

Davisware is pleased to announce that Fire & Ice Mechanical, Inc., an S2K user since 1995, has recently signed a subscription to use our Global Field Solution business tools. Currently, Fire & Ice Mechanical is not using a GPS or field service product, but the company's co-owners know it’s time to move to a paperless solution. The Michigan-based HVAC company contacted Davisware and the rest is history. Fire & Ice Mechanical is extremely excited to join the Davisware Global Field Solution User Group and to begin managing its fleet. Davisware and Fire & Ice Mechanical are shooting for an installation sometime around February 1, 2015. 

Davisware Welcomes Keith Air Conditioning to the S2K and Global Field Solution User Group

Davisware is excited to announce that Keith Air Conditioning, Inc., has joined the Davisware Software User Group as a new S2K and Global Field Solution customer! Alabama-based Keith Air Conditioning is looking forward to improving its efficiency and integration with S2K, Remote Field Service, and Global One Fleet. This HVAC company is extremely excited that our products will allow Keith Air Conditioning to go completely paperless. Davisware and Keith Air Conditioning are shooting for an installation sometime in early 2015. Welcome aboard! 

A1 Pump, Inc., is Davisware's Newest S2K and Global Field Solution Customer

Davisware is excited to announce that A1 Pump, Inc., has joined the Davisware Software User Group as a new S2K and Global Field Solution customer! Davisware's Carl and Melissa Hornsby met with Texas-based A1 Pump during their Lone Star State customer visits. A1 Pump, a member of the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI), is excited that S2K will integrate with the company’s QuickBooks accounting software, and is looking to improve its efficiency by going paperless in the office. Davisware and A1 Pump are currently shooting for an installation sometime in early 2015. 

First Service Joins Davisware's Global Field Solutions User Group

Davisware is excited to announce that First Service., an S2K user since 1996, has recently added our Global Field Solution (GFS) to its business tools. After two First Service employees saw a very brief GFS demonstration while attending an October S2K Boot Camp, the Texas-based company immediately contacted Davisware for a full demonstration. Since First Service currently does not have a field service product, the company eagerly signed the contract, and is really looking forward to utilizing our GFS system. Davisware and First Service are shooting for an installation sometime within the next month.

Air Master Heating and Air Conditioning Joins GFS User Group

 

Davisware is happy to announce that Michigan-based Air Master Heating and Air Conditioning, an S2K user since 1994, has recently signed a subscription to use our Global Field Solution products. Air Master Heating & Air Conditioning is currently using Mobilogic Field Desk, but couldn’t resist our innovative GFS tools. The HVAC company is extremely excited to being managing its fleet. In fact, we have already started to install the Remote Field Service software! 

Davisware's GlobalEdge and GFS Products, and Teamwork Impress John C. Flood

Davisware is excited to announce that John C. Flood, a member of both PHCC and ACCA, has joined our GlobalEdge and Global Field Solutions User Group! Thanks to an amazing Team effort, Davisware beat out the competition and closed the deal with this plumbing and HVAC company. John C. Flood is excited that both GlobalEdge and Global Field Solutions will allow the company to go paperless and improve its overall processes.

ACI Mechanical Renews Agreement and Adds Global Field Solution

Davisware is pleased to announce that ACI Mechanical, an S2K customer since 2005, has recently renewed its annual support agreement, and added our GPS and Remote Field Service software to its business tools. Iowa-based ACI Mechanical is currently using GPS Insight to manage its trucks, but will be transitioning to Davisware’s Global Field Solution within the next 60 days.

Carbo-Mix of Maryland, Inc., Imrproves Delivery with S2K, GPS, and RFS

Davisware is proud to announce that Carbo-Mix Dispensers of Maryland, Inc., has joined our S2K and Global Field Solution User Group. Currently, this International Beverage Dispensing Equipment Association (IBDEA) member is using QuickBooks for its office, but is looking to increase its efficiency and integration. Carbo-Mix is excited to not only achieve its aforementioned goals, but also improve its delivery process with our state-of-the-art software. When Jennifer Davis, Davisware president, heard the news, she said, "I was excited to hear that Carbo-Mix has come aboard! This HVAC company is really looking forward to improving its efficiency and integration with Davisware’s state-of-the-art business solutions. P&L Mechanical, an ACCA member, is excited to go paperless and streamline its billing process, which were the main motivators for transitioning to Davisware.  Davisware and P&L Mechanical are currently shooting for an installation sometime in August 2014.
