Longtime GlobalEdge User Adds Global One Fleet (GPS)

 Davisware is excited to announce that Anderson Lock, a longtime GlobalEdge user, has recently signed a subscription to use our Global One Fleet (GPS) solution. During Anderson Lock’s 15+ years as a Davisware customer, the door company has received continued training on new GlobalEdge features and integrated products. Since Anderson Lock currently doesn’t have a field service tool, Cheryl Hansen, Davisware Product Representative, was able to sell Global One Fleet to the Illinois-based company. Davisware and Anderson Lock are currently shooting for an installation sometime in early- to mid-January. 

 

Transport Lyon, Inc., Adds Global One Fleet (GPS)

Davisware is excited to announce that Transport Lyon, Inc., an existing GlobalEdge customer, has recently signed a subscription to use our Global One Fleet (GPS) solution. Currently, Canada-based Transport Lyon does not have a field service product, and is needing an innovative tool for its vehicle tracking. After speaking with one of our Product Representatives Transport Lyon eagerly decided to purchase our GPS solution. Davisware and Transport Lyon are shooting for an installation sometime in the next month. 

FAST of Florida Transitions to Davisware's Global One Fleet

Davisware is happy to announce that FAST of Florida, an S2K user since 2006, has recently signed a subscription to use our Global One Fleet (GPS) business tool. Earlier this year, Melissa Hornsby, one of our Product Specialists, met with Melissa Vaughn, FAST of Florida President, during a road trip to the Sunshine State. Although this HVAC company is currently using Fleetmatics to manage its trucks, it didn’t take much convincing to get FAST of Florida to transition to our GOF product. Davisware and FAST of Florida are shooting for an installation sometime within the next month.

Coker Service, Inc., Joins the GOF and RFS User Group

Davisware is excited to announce that Coker Service, Inc., an S2K user since 2003, has recently signed a subscription to use our Global One Fleet (GOF) GPS and Remote Field Service business tools. We met with the Coker Service team several times throughout the year, including at our User Conference and various tradeshows, before closing the deal with this Chicago-based CFESA company. Currently, Coker Service is using Fleetmatics to manage its trucks, but the company doesn’t have a field service product for its technicians. Davisware and Coker Service have already begun the installation process!

Chandler's Parts & Service Adds Global One Fleet

Davisware is happy to announce that Chandler’s Parts & Service, Inc., a current GlobalEdge customer, has recently signed a subscription to use our Global One Fleet (GOF) GPS product. The Louisiana-based CFESA company is excited to start using GOF's many options and features. Davisware and Chandler’s Parts & Service are shooting for an installation near the end of the year.

Unique Indoor Comfort Adds Global One Fleet GPS

Davisware is excited to announce that Unique Indoor Comfort, an S2K user since 1998, has recently signed a subscription to use our GPS business tool. Since this Illinois-based HVAC company is really interested in a fully-integrated solution, Unique Indoor Comfort is saying goodbye to Fleetmatics GPS and hello to Davisware Global One Fleet. Davisware and Unique Indoor Comfort are shooting for an installation sometime within the next month. 

Air Master Heating and Air Conditioning Joins GFS User Group

 

Davisware is happy to announce that Michigan-based Air Master Heating and Air Conditioning, an S2K user since 1994, has recently signed a subscription to use our Global Field Solution products. Air Master Heating & Air Conditioning is currently using Mobilogic Field Desk, but couldn’t resist our innovative GFS tools. The HVAC company is extremely excited to being managing its fleet. In fact, we have already started to install the Remote Field Service software! 

Commercial Appliance Service, Inc., Adds E2 Standard

Davisware is pleased to announce that Commercial Appliance Service, Inc., a longtime Davisware customer, has recently added our E2 Standard software. Currently, Sacramento-based Commercial Appliance Service is utilizing our GPS, RFS, EMWeb, and GE services, and the company is extremely excited to have another one of our state-of-the-art products. Davisware and Commercial Appliance Service are shooting for an installation sometime in the next couple of months. 

AIS Commercial Parts & Service Adds E2 Standard Software

Davisware is happy to announce that AIS Commercial Parts & Service, an existing GlobalEdge and GPS customer, has recently added our E2 Standard software to its business tools. Pennsylvania-based AIS, a previous Davisware EMWeb customer, is excited to have full function of its E2 site. Davisware and AIS are shooting for a Go Live date sometime within the next couple weeks.

EMR, Inc. Adds Remote Field Service

Davisware is excited to announce that after many months of product testing, EMR Inc. has added our Remote Field Service software to its toolbox. This Baltimore-based company is an existing Davisware GlobalEdge, GPS and E2 customer. EMR is looking forward to utilizing a fully-integrated solution to manage its business. Davisware and EMR are shooting for an installation sometime within the next couple weeks.

ACI Mechanical Renews Agreement and Adds Global Field Solution

Davisware is pleased to announce that ACI Mechanical, an S2K customer since 2005, has recently renewed its annual support agreement, and added our GPS and Remote Field Service software to its business tools. Iowa-based ACI Mechanical is currently using GPS Insight to manage its trucks, but will be transitioning to Davisware’s Global Field Solution within the next 60 days.

Carbo-Mix of Maryland, Inc., Imrproves Delivery with S2K, GPS, and RFS

Davisware is proud to announce that Carbo-Mix Dispensers of Maryland, Inc., has joined our S2K and Global Field Solution User Group. Currently, this International Beverage Dispensing Equipment Association (IBDEA) member is using QuickBooks for its office, but is looking to increase its efficiency and integration. Carbo-Mix is excited to not only achieve its aforementioned goals, but also improve its delivery process with our state-of-the-art software. When Jennifer Davis, Davisware president, heard the news, she said, "I was excited to hear that Carbo-Mix has come aboard! I really feel S2K and GFS are the perfect solutions to meet this company's growing business needs. I look forward to having Carbo-Mix as part of our User Group."  Davisware and Carbo-Mix are shooting for an installation sometime in September. 

Luminaire Service, Inc. Adds RFS And GPS Solutions

Davisware is happy to announce that Luminaire Service, Inc., a current S2K customer, has recently added our Remote Field Service and GPS Solutions to its business tools.  At this time, central Indiana-based Luminaire Service is not utilizing a GPS product and is excited to begin using our fully integrated solution. Davisware and Luminaire Service, Inc. are shooting for an installation sometime within the next month. 

Academy Door & Control Corp. is Excited to Manage Fleet

Davisware is pleased to announce that Academy Door and Control Corp. an S2K user since 2003, has recently added our Global Field Solutions software.  Virginia-based Academy Door and Control Corp. is currently not using a GPS product and is excited to begin managing its fleet. Davisware and Academy Door and Control Corp. are shooting for an installation sometime within the next month.

Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Adds New Service Tools

Davisware is proud to announce that Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., an S2K customer since 1998, has added our Remote Field Service and GPS Solutions to its service tools. Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning, located in Gaithersburg, Maryland, is eager to combine Remote Field Service and GPS into one solution, which will increase the company's efficiency in the office and in the field. Davisware and Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning are planning to complete installation within the next few weeks.

Davisware is proud to announce that Daubers has added E2 Standard to their tools for efficiency in the office and field.  They join E2 as an existing GlobalEdge and GPS user and are shooting for a Go Live Date in the next few months!  Everyone at Davisware is excited to have them on board and welcomes them to the E2 team!
