Ron Brock's Heating & Cooling Adds Remote Field Servce

Davisware is excited to announce that Ron Brock’s Heating & Cooling, an S2K user since 2003, has recently added our Remote Field Service (RFS) business tool. Phoenix-based Ron Brock’s Heating & Cooling contacted Davisware for S2K product support. During the call, the HVAC company asked about Davisware's field solutions. Since Kay Brand, our S2K Product Support Specialist, is from Phoenix, she offered to help out Melissa Hornsby, our RFS Product Representative, and make the short drive to Ron Brock’s Heating & Cooling for an RFS demo. It didn’t take too much convincing to get Ron Brock’s Heating & Cooling on board, since the company currently doesn't have a field service product. Davisware and Ron Brock’s Heating & Cooling are currently shooting for an installation sometime within the next 2 months. 

Coker Service, Inc., Joins the GOF and RFS User Group

Davisware is excited to announce that Coker Service, Inc., an S2K user since 2003, has recently signed a subscription to use our Global One Fleet (GOF) GPS and Remote Field Service business tools. We met with the Coker Service team several times throughout the year, including at our User Conference and various tradeshows, before closing the deal with this Chicago-based CFESA company. Currently, Coker Service is using Fleetmatics to manage its trucks, but the company doesn’t have a field service product for its technicians. Davisware and Coker Service have already begun the installation process!

Commercial Appliance Service, Inc., Adds E2 Standard

Davisware is pleased to announce that Commercial Appliance Service, Inc., a longtime Davisware customer, has recently added our E2 Standard software. Currently, Sacramento-based Commercial Appliance Service is utilizing our GPS, RFS, EMWeb, and GE services, and the company is extremely excited to have another one of our state-of-the-art products. Davisware and Commercial Appliance Service are shooting for an installation sometime in the next couple of months. 

Hopkins Air Conditioning Makes the Switch

 

 

Davisware is proud to announce that Hopkins Air Conditioning, an S2K user since 1998, has recently added our Remote Field Service Solutions to its arsenal of service tools. The Florida-based company is excited to switch from its previous RFS solution and looks forward to increasing its efficiency in the office and in the field. Davisware and Hopkins Air Conditioning are shooting for an installation sometime within the next two weeks. 

Davisware is proud to announce that Diversified HVAC has added Remote Field Service tablet software to their tools for efficiency in the office and field!  A current S2000 user, Diversified HVAC is looking forward to implementing the new software in the next few months.  All of us here at Davisware are looking forward to another successful installation and are excited to have Diversified HVAC aboard!

Michigan Air Solutions adds Remote Fields Service!

Davisware is proud to announce that Michigan Air Solutions has added Remote Field Service to their tools for efficiency in the office and field.   They do not currently have a field service product in use and are excited to get started on the new software.  Everyone here at Davisware is looking forward to working with Michigan Air Solutions on another successful installation.

They are located out of Mount Vernon, NY.  Focusing in the Commercial Food Equipment Service industry, Consolidated Appliance Service is excited to start into the Remote Field Solutions product!
