New & Improved Customer & Vendor Contacts


We recently launched a new and improved customer and vendor contact screen. Besides the improvement to overall screen appearance and field layout, we now offer a radio button selection that allows you to toggle between two sets of contact information for each person. Additionally, you can mark each contact with a check box that identifies them as the primary email contact for seven different categories of correspondence including: Service Orders, Service Invoices, Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, Job Orders, Job Invoices, & Service Agreement Invoices. Outgoing email will automatically display the proper recipient email based on your settings! You can also highlight a contact and start an email directly from grid or contact details screen.
