After 3 Years, HMC Service Company Adds Global Field Solution

Davisware is excited to announce that HMC Service Company, an S2K user since 1997, has recently added our Global Field Solution business tools. In October of 2011, HMC Service's office manager contacted Davisware to inquire about our mobile field solutions. After three years of visits, calls, and emails, the HVAC company decided to move forward with our Global One Fleet and Remote Field Service solutions. Currently, Kentucky-based HMC Service is using Fleetmatics to manage its trucks, but the company doesn’t have a field service product. Davisware and HMC Service are shooting for an installation sometime within the next couple of months.

Fire & Ice Mechanical, Inc. Decides to Go Paperless

Davisware is pleased to announce that Fire & Ice Mechanical, Inc., an S2K user since 1995, has recently signed a subscription to use our Global Field Solution business tools. Currently, Fire & Ice Mechanical is not using a GPS or field service product, but the company's co-owners know it’s time to move to a paperless solution. The Michigan-based HVAC company contacted Davisware and the rest is history. Fire & Ice Mechanical is extremely excited to join the Davisware Global Field Solution User Group and to begin managing its fleet. Davisware and Fire & Ice Mechanical are shooting for an installation sometime around February 1, 2015. 

Davisware Welcomes Keith Air Conditioning to the S2K and Global Field Solution User Group

Davisware is excited to announce that Keith Air Conditioning, Inc., has joined the Davisware Software User Group as a new S2K and Global Field Solution customer! Alabama-based Keith Air Conditioning is looking forward to improving its efficiency and integration with S2K, Remote Field Service, and Global One Fleet. This HVAC company is extremely excited that our products will allow Keith Air Conditioning to go completely paperless. Davisware and Keith Air Conditioning are shooting for an installation sometime in early 2015. Welcome aboard! 

FAST of Florida Transitions to Davisware's Global One Fleet

Davisware is happy to announce that FAST of Florida, an S2K user since 2006, has recently signed a subscription to use our Global One Fleet (GPS) business tool. Earlier this year, Melissa Hornsby, one of our Product Specialists, met with Melissa Vaughn, FAST of Florida President, during a road trip to the Sunshine State. Although this HVAC company is currently using Fleetmatics to manage its trucks, it didn’t take much convincing to get FAST of Florida to transition to our GOF product. Davisware and FAST of Florida are shooting for an installation sometime within the next month.

One Source - New Company; New S2K and Remote Field Service Customer

Davisware is proud to announce that One Source Systems, LLC, a brand new company, has joined the Davisware Software User Group as a new S2K and Remote Field Service customer! Before joining One Source, one of the One Source Executives worked for a different S2K company. Over the years, he and Davisware stayed in touch via regular emails, customer visits, and phone calls. When he made the transition to One Source, it was only natural for the Executive to suggest that the electrical company choose S2K for its business management software. The One Source team is excited to realize the efficiency of Davisware’s solutions. Davisware and One Source are currently shooting for an installation sometime during the beginning of the first quarter of 2015.

A1 Pump, Inc., is Davisware's Newest S2K and Global Field Solution Customer

Davisware is excited to announce that A1 Pump, Inc., has joined the Davisware Software User Group as a new S2K and Global Field Solution customer! Davisware's Carl and Melissa Hornsby met with Texas-based A1 Pump during their Lone Star State customer visits. A1 Pump, a member of the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI), is excited that S2K will integrate with the company’s QuickBooks accounting software, and is looking to improve its efficiency by going paperless in the office. Davisware and A1 Pump are currently shooting for an installation sometime in early 2015. 

Ron Brock's Heating & Cooling Adds Remote Field Servce

Davisware is excited to announce that Ron Brock’s Heating & Cooling, an S2K user since 2003, has recently added our Remote Field Service (RFS) business tool. Phoenix-based Ron Brock’s Heating & Cooling contacted Davisware for S2K product support. During the call, the HVAC company asked about Davisware's field solutions. Since Kay Brand, our S2K Product Support Specialist, is from Phoenix, she offered to help out Melissa Hornsby, our RFS Product Representative, and make the short drive to Ron Brock’s Heating & Cooling for an RFS demo. It didn’t take too much convincing to get Ron Brock’s Heating & Cooling on board, since the company currently doesn't have a field service product. Davisware and Ron Brock’s Heating & Cooling are currently shooting for an installation sometime within the next 2 months.
